Happy, exchange or refunded
Excepionally, purchases made during the Black Friday, on Friday, November 23rd 2018 will not be returned or exchanged.
In the event that one or more items you ordered would not suit you, you have the option of requesting an exchange, credit or refund.
The deadline to return the item(s) concerned is 7 working days from receipt of your order. The franking of the exchange package, taxes or customs duties are at your expense. The products cannot be returned directly in the store.
Your return package is to be sent to : Anne Elisabeth Paris, 10 rue de Turbigo 75001 PARIS.
You can ask for the exchange of the returned items against one or more items Anne Elisabeth Paris in an amount equal of the item(s) returned, if stock available. We will send your exchanged items within 48 hours upon reception of the returned package at Anne Elisabeth Paris' store.
You can also ask for a credit, available for a period of 1 year from the date of the reception of the returned package at Anne Elisabeth Paris' store, corresponding to the amount of the returned item(s). This credit will be available on your account and usable for any order on our website.
Finally, you cas ask for the refund of the amount of the returned item(s). We will make the refund directly on your bank account, within 30 days from the date of the receipt of the returned package at Anne Elisabeth Paris' shop, excluding return costs, taxes or customs duties.
Please not that we only accept products returned in perfect condition, not worn (except for brief fitting to ensure that the item(s) fit you), labeled, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
